The following is just a sampling of the many distinctions our attorneys have. We are nationally known trial lawyers, dedicated to fight for victim’s rights. We are heavily involved in organizations including the Coalition for Quality Care, Citizens for Reliable and Safe Highways (CRASH), and Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.). Our attorneys hold leadership positions in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
- Attorney Tim E. Dollar has been practicing law since 1984 when he graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. The recipient of the Lon Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyers Award, and voted by his peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and "Best of the Bar," Tim Dollar has participated in over 200 jury trials. His practice focuses on representing people who have suffered serious injuries or lost family members in trucking accidents throughout the country.
- Attorney Jeff Burns graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1983. Mr. Burns is a frequent lecturer and author on truck crash litigation issues and civil procedure. He is the author of two Volumes of Missouri Practice - Litigation Guide, a practice guide for attorneys. Mr. Burns serves on the Board of Directors of Citizens for Reliable and Safe Highways (CRASH) and is National Transportation Counsel for Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.) Mr. Burns focuses his practice on truck crash litigation occurring throughout the country.
- Attorney Timothy J. Becker graduated in 1991 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri bar that same year. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
- Attorney Jill A. Kanatzar graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 1994 and served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney focusing in the prosecution of child homicides. Ms. Kanatzar's practice focuses on representing elderly victims of nursing home abuse and neglect, and recently served as chair of the Nursing Home Negligence Committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
- Attorney Michael S. Kilgore graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law. Mr. Kilgore previously served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Assistant Attorney General, specializing in the prosecution of crimes against children. His practice focuses on representing people who are seriously injured in car accidents and people who are treated unfairly by insurance companies. Mr. Kilgore currently serves on the Missouri Ethics Commission, a six member commission appointed by the Governor to address reported ethical violations by elected officials and lobbyists throughout the state.
