- Attorney Tim E. Dollar has been practicing law since 1984 when he graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. The recipient of the Lon Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyers Award, and voted by his peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and "Best of the Bar," Tim Dollar has participated in over 200 jury trials. His practice focuses on representing people who have suffered serious injuries or lost family members in trucking accidents throughout the country.
- Attorney Jeff Burns graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1983. Mr. Burns is a frequent lecturer and author on truck crash litigation issues and civil procedure. He is the author of two Volumes of Missouri Practice - Litigation Guide, a practice guide for attorneys. Mr. Burns serves on the Board of Directors of Citizens for Reliable and Safe Highways (CRASH) and is National Transportation Counsel for Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.) Mr. Burns focuses his practice on truck crash litigation occurring throughout the country.
- Attorney Timothy J. Becker graduated in 1991 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri bar that same year. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
